I want to welcome you to the new paradigm web site. This site reflects my personal passion and commitment to change, and the need for a shift in business and Christian ministry paradigms. I have spent the bulk of my adult life questioning everything I have ever learned about business and the institutional church and in turn seeking new paradigms.

I applaud everyone who strongly believes in their own set of business and ministry values. A strong conviction in what we believe is very key to our daily passion and success. As much as I celebrate all the great thinkers and paradigm shifters before me this site is not a site dedicated to celebrating these people or their influence.

On these pages you will discover the results of the past 15 years of me revaluating, asking lots of questions, reading and praying for wisdom. Like you I am on a journey and am quite certain that I although I more certain today about some things as it relates to business and ministry I probably have more unanswered questions.  read my story
